All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the day you receive your package for a full refund. Items returned after the 15th day have up to 30 days to be returned for a store credit.
To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form and address the package to Southern Charm Returns 7768 Nashville St. Ringgold, GA 30736. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Once your package is received please allow 5 - 7 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification
To return an item in store, please bring your unworn, unwashed, tags still attached items along with your online receipt to one of our 3 locations. A manager will assist you with your return or exchange. Please note the above return policy deadlines apply for in-store.
Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction
Christmas Exchange Policy
Items purchased between November 1st and Dec 24th are eligible for our extended exchange policy. Any items purchased during this time can be returned for store credit or are eligible for an exchange through January 15th. For a full refund, normal return policy applies (14 days) for all items purchased during this time (November 1st-December 24th).
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us . All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the package.
