RETURNS

• You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
• Please refer to our Return Policy below to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
• Complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
• Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
• Once your package is received please allow 5 - 7 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.

Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make-up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the day you receive your package for a full refund.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE MAILED BACK TO THE SOUTHERN CHARM RINGGOLD AND CAN ONLY BE RETURNED AT SOUTHERN CHARM RINGGOLD.

Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction

- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us . All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the package.
